BBC RADIO DEVON LIVE SESSION THIS FRIDAY

So I am pretty excited that this Friday the 25th of April from 10pm my BBC Radio Devon live session and interview will be on air!

I traveled down to Devon last Friday with my guitarist Paul and my drummer Hristo to record the session and it really was a very fun trip and wonderful experience.

Here is a little funny video of our road trip:

Once at the studio I recorded 4 songs from my album Paper Dreams - Bully Boy, See Saw, Little Red Skoda and Running & Hiding. The recording's went well although myself and my band couldn't stop giggling throughout Bully Boy - if you listen carefully on Friday you might be able to hear a little giggle here and there!

I was also interviewed by the lovely presenters Vic Morgan from The Late Show and James Santer from BBC Introducing in Devon and they both said some lovely positive things about my music which made me a tad emotional but shhh don't tell anyone. I was in a room full of boys so was trying to act cool, ha.

Anyways you can listen to the session and interview live on this link on Friday: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radiodevon

Gig Pics & Bunny ears!

Hi all,

Just thought I would share some fun pics from my gig at The Comedy. It was a great night with a great crowd so thanks to everyone for coming!

Me & my band

Live at The Comedy
With two hot fans ;-)

During the gig things went a bit bunny crazy! For those of you that don't know me; my nickname is Bunny Rabbit... not sure exactly why but I think it's got something to do with my boyfriend, ha. I get called this so much by friends that I have actually gone to parties and left with people shouting 'Bye Bunny' because they think its my real name!
So my biggest fan Sophia :-) brought Bunny ears to the gig with her & embarrassingly put them on my head & my bass players head during a performance of 'Bully Boy'. The Bunny ears then became a big drunken feature of the night as you can see in the images below! My dad and future mother in law even did a dance wearing them whilst I tried to sing my song 'Little Red Skoda' but I am afraid I don't have any photographic evidence of this just yet!

Be sure to send me over pics if you managed to take any funny ones or nice one's & thanks so much to Mark & Sophia for taking these photos!

Gig at The Comedy on Fri the 21st of Feb - presented by Dead or Alive Promotions

Hi All!

In a weeks time I will be singing at The Comedy (Leicester Square) with my Live BAND!

I will be first on at 8pm and the address for the venue is THE COMEDY, 7 Oxendon Street, London, SW1Y 4EE (off Coventry St.)

The nearest tubes are Piccadilly Circus & Leicester Square & the venue is next door to The Comedy Store.

My last gig was at The Troubadour a couple of weeks ago and it was awesome! It was the first performance I have ever done with a full band so I was pretty nervous before hand put once the music kicked in I had the best time ever... felt like a bit of a rock star, ha ha.

Anyway my new band are amazing and such nice boys... (two of them are single ladies) & I can't wait to sing with them again!

Gig at The Troubadour on the 30th of January...

Hello all,

I will be singing at The Troubadour Club, 265 Old Brompton Road, London, SW5 9JA, on Thursday the 30th of January from 8pm (nearest Tubes West Brompton & Earls Court).

Really excited to play this venue as it has hosted some amazing acts such as Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell & more recently Adele.

This will also be my first performance backed by a full band. I am used to singing with an acoustic guitar and sometimes a bit of percussion but on the 30th I will be singing alongside guitars, bass, drums and Keys... exciting! I don't even know how it is going to sound yet as we have our first rehearsal on the 18th of January!

So if you want to chill out in a very cool atmosphere & perhaps have a bit of a boogie on a Thursday night then come along.

Tickets can either be bought online or at the door, here is a link for online tickets: http://www.participant.co.uk/30january

And here is the event on Facebook if you would like to add yourself for any updates: https://www.facebook.com/events/1412724825633152/

I will also be selling CD's at the gig but if you want to have a little prelisten my album 'Paper Dreams' is on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/paper-dreams/id721011007

Happy New Year!

Hello lovely readers,

I hope everybody had a great Christmas & New Year, mine was brilliant... I was very spoilt and ate far too much chocolate!

I thought I would let you know what I've been up too and my plans for 2014 (2014 sounds futuristic to me, I still feel like I'm in the 90's most of the time!)

So last month I was interviewed by the London based radio station Nusound Radio. It was so lovely talk about my music and why I became a singer-songwriter. It was a great chance for me to reflect and although I am not a big time artist (yet!) it was great to talk about my beginnings and it made me realise I have come a long way.

And here is the interview if you would like to have a listen:

In other news my favourite fashion brand Dahlia did a really fun feature on me for their website which you can read on this link: http://www.dahlia.com/blogs/dahliahq/10171693-introducing-bryony-foale

As well as all that I have been organising some gig's for 2014... exciting!

I will be singing at The Troubadour on Thursday the 30th of January from 8pm. For details please go to the Facebook event and add yourself if you would like to come along: https://www.facebook.com/events/1412724825633152/

It would be great to get a crowd as it will be my first gig with a live band so bring your friends!

Anyways thanks for reading (and listening if you checked out the interview) & I'll update you on more goings on soon.

Dahlia Fashion...

I had two big events recently: My Album Launch Party & a gig at the very cool and established music venue The Regal Room. I was lucky enough to be given two dresses from the fashion brand that I love the most Dahlia.

For The Regal Room gig I wore this quirky Natasha Dress which is now £29 in the sale so go have a look!

And for my Album Launch Party I wore this gorgeous retro Ruby Dress which I loved!

I have worked closely with Dahlia for a while now and they have been so very supportive with my career featuring me on their website & in their Summer fashion film 'One Dreamy Day'.

I also noticed recently that they have a gorgeous dress called Bryony! Might have to purchase this one ;-)
